Claire & Evan's Lexington wedding this past September was one of my favorites of last year. It was neutral and romantic, which I am naturally drawn to. I am kind of OCD about blending the right tones and shades of colors, as was Claire, so finding the right cool grays and warm tans to go with the dresses and the venue was a fun task for me. I loved the earthy, natural textures with pops of eggplant in the sweet potato vine foliage, which I grew myself (thank you Chris for not mowing over it this year!) I also used a pale grey rose, called Early Grey, for the first time and fell in love with it!
One of my favorite things about this wedding was the second line, leading guests from the ceremony to the reception. I especially love all the images of the band and the guests-clearly they were having a great time! Claire and Evan's amazing photographer Amy Campbell did an incredible job capturing all the beautiful details and candid moments!
